چکیده
Fig. S1. Immunoblot analysis using purified human laminin-332. Lane 1 is for IgG autoantibodies of anti-laminin-332 MMP control, lane 2 for IgG autoantibodies of normal control, lane 3 for patient IgG autoantibodies, and lane 4 for patient IgA autoantibodies. Both IgG and IgA from the patient reacted with the 165-kDa and 145-kDa forms of α3 subunit, as well as the 105-kDa γ2 subunit of laminin-332.

Linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD) is characterised by linear deposition of IgA along basement membrane
© 2015 The Authors. doi: 10.2340/00015555-1923 Journal Compilation © 2015 Acta Dermato-Venereologica. ISSN 0001-5555 Linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD) is characterised by linear deposition of IgA along basement membrane zone (BMZ) in direct immunofluorescence (IF) (1). The term of linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis (LAGBD) was proposed for some cases, which showed IgA and IgG deposition to BM...
متن کاملThree cases of linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis showing IgA and IgG reactivity with multiple antigens, particularly laminin-332.
IMPORTANCE Linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis (LAGBD) is a relatively rare autoimmune bullous disease characterized by both IgA and IgG antibodies to epidermal basement membrane zone. The heterogeneity and pathogenesis of the LAGBD autoantigens have not been fully elucidated. OBSERVATIONS We report 3 Japanese cases of LAGBD (ages 81, 88, and 64 years; 1 woman and 2 men). The patients showed bu...
متن کاملLocalized linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis.
Linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis (LAGBD) is an auto-immune blistering disease characterized by the local accumulation of IgA- and IgG-class anti-basement membrane autoantibodies. It typically presents as a generalized pruritic vesiculobullous eruption. No cases of localized LAGBD have yet been reported. We report a case of a 78-year-old man with LAGBD localized to the perianal area. The patien...
متن کاملImmunofluorescence Pattern of Autoimmune Bullous Diseases in Iranian Patients
Background & Objective: Autoimmune bullous diseases are associated with autoimmunity against structural components in the skin and mucous membranes. Autoantibodies are against the intercellular junctions in pemphigus disease and hemidesmosomal unchoring complex in pemphigiod diseases and epidermolysis bullosa aquisita. The tissue-bound and circulating serum autoantibodies can be detect...

ISSN 0001-5555 Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) is an autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease involving primarily the mucosae and occasionally the skin (1–3). We report here a case of a Japanese male patient with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) who later developed MMP with IgG auto...
